Friendly two bedroom flat in Brixton/Stockwell

The Balcony

This rental provides a great opportunity for an individual or couple that want extra space, but don't want to spend the extra money on a two bedroom flat. Due to covid restrictions I am spending most of my time at my girlfriends and then coming back to work in the flat each day, so you will have the place to your-self a lot of the time. If you have friends/family visit I am happy to stay at my girlfriends for those evenings and you use my room as a guest room including the en suite. Dogs are also very welcome too!

About Me:
I am easy going, tidy and sociable. Most weekends you can normally find me climbing, socialising with friends as well as exploring restaurants around London. Love a good boxset/trash TV on a lazy Sunday.

The room:
The bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe and double bed so other furniture would need to be provided by you, however the rest of the flat is fully furnished. I am an avid cook so there is plenty of cooking equipment and a multitude of gadgets I have accumulated that you are welcome to use!

Bills:
All bills are included. This covers all utilities + council tax, Sky, fibre broadband, Netflix. Prime Video and Disney Plus.

Location:
The location is excellent. Central Brixton is only a short walk away where there are an endless number of places for brunch, lunch, dinner..
The closest tubes are:
Stockwell - 6 minutes walk
Brixton - 10 minutes walk
Clapham North - 7 minutes walk

I am currently trying to sell the flat which is why I have included a minimum term of 3 months. Unfortunately due to the current situation it looks like it wont sell, so likelihood will be that I will extend beyond 3 months. We can discuss this more at the viewing.
