The time has come to fill a room again...two South Africans call our lovely spot home. It’s smack bang in the middle between Clapham North and Brixton tube stations - a 5/7min walk to both! That means plenty of choice for whatever floats your boat in terms of weekend entertainment too! The bus goes from the bottom of the road and we have pretty much everything you need in walking distance.

We both work, one in events and one engineer...balance is always key! Love our house like a home, tidy and considerate but also enjoy putting our feet up and have some drinks together. Ideally we are looking for someone that's up for a laugh and banter, has a tv (you'll go to the top of the list hahaha!) and enjoys spending time at home and out, we don't base our lives on each other either! It’s got enough cupboard space, an en-suite bathroom and plenty of light for the watery winter days. The flat has a great outside area with a combined lounge and kitchen. There’s even a basement for storing those travel bags (winner in London if you ask us!)

The damage is £950 a month without bills. Gina makes a mean cup of tea and Ant provides plenty of sometimes questionable banter yet intellectual conversation to so it’s definitely worth it! Move in date and rent is due on 17 November, we are slightly flexible about this.
