Hi!
We are looking for a lovely new flatemate to join us in our fantastic flat share in Brixton, Our current housemate is leaving us due to change in circumstances.

The flat is across 3 floors, in a gated complex with a secuirty gate at the font and back.
It is a 5 minute walk to Brixton Tube and 5 minutes to Loughborough Junction (takes you to Farringdon and Kings X).

We have our own little private outdoor courtyard, and a communal green area which is a sun trap in summer and all the residents are really friendly!

A BIT ABOUT US:

Vicki & I (Char) have lived together for over a year, and Holly joined us just under a year ago and we have forged a really good friendship and culture within the flat.
During the week we work 9 -5 jobs, however in the evening we love a gossip or cook food together.
Even though we socialise as a house, we also have our own friendships groups but friends are always welcome round.

Once all Boris gives us the green light to go out again, you can usually find us in the Trinity Arms, Pop Brixton or exploring bars in Soho!

LOOKING FOR:

Someone who has similar interests and working patterns as us, we want someone who would like to contribute and get involved in the culture and upkeep of the flat.

(Sorry no students or hospitality)

BILLS:
- All utilities & internet £75 + 635 rent
- Deposit is £866
