Hi everyone,

I’m Emily, the current owner living in this beautiful 4 year-old Victorian conversion garden flat. I have a spare room and am looking for someone to move in!

A little about me - I’m 31 and am a digital designer by day and spend most of my evenings either doing flying trapeze in Regents Park, eating out or socialising with friends. I enjoy chilled evenings with my flatmates and hanging out when we can, while also respecting each other’s space. I’m looking for someone like minded, who is clean & tidy, conscientious and happy to treat the flat like their own home. I do work mostly from home, so the ideal flatmate would work mostly from an office/away from home to avoid tricky situations in the open plan living area!

The flat is very modern and has a spacious, open plan living area, which opens up onto the private front patio via a set of French doors, perfect for BBQs over summer. Both bedrooms are at the back of the house, nice and quiet and both with French windows leading onto a small private back patio for plenty of light. The main bedroom (the one I’m in) is ensuite, so for the majority of the time, you'd have the main bathroom completely to yourself.

The kitchen has all the appliances (including a stand mixer/ food processor if you’re into baking!) and the utility cupboard has a washer dryer. There is also a bike shed out on the front patio.

The room comes fully furnished and has floor-to-ceiling built in storage, as well as under-bed storage. Everything about the flat is pretty new - the developers converted it from a large Victorian terrace 4-5 years ago, and all the furniture was purchased new.

The flat is a 6 minute walk from Brixton station, and a 15 minute walk to Clapham North. If you don't know the area, I’d be happy to chat. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Ritzy Theatre, a stone's throw from the Blues Kitchen and Barrio Brixton, so it feels safe, and less than 5 minutes from some of Brixton’s best food spots, pubs, clubs and of course Brixton Village and Pop Brixton. Around the corner is the fantastic Brockwell Park with Brockwell Lido and several great running routes. There is also a Tesco superstore right across the road, with Lidl & M&S also close by. If you're heading to town, it's only a 12-13 minute direct tube to Oxford Circus.

Bills are £200 each which includes a cleaner twice a month, Netflix, fibre WiFi etc.
