I’m subletting my room between the 3rd August to 2nd October, with the option of renewing a lease for an additional 6 months.
Rent is £750 pcm, includes gas but other bills extra £80. It is a maisonette that is an 8 minute walk from Stockwell Station, and 10 min walk from Brixton Station. You'd be living with two lovely ladies who are 26, and from Sheffield. One is a PhD researcher at Imperial and the other is an Audiologist in Kings Cross. We love to cook meals together, watch telly and go for drinks @ the Crown and Anchor (nice pub down the road).
The flat comes with free gas, so it's a super toasty flat in the winter. The landlord is very responsive and available via whatsapp for queries.
