Furnished Double Room In Amazing Brixton Location

Hello!

My name is Ruth, I am 28 and am looking for a fellow female professional to move in to the two bed flat in Brixton I currently rent. 

The flat is located on Electric Avenue and I cannot stress how much of an amazing location this is - Brixton tube is 2 mins walk away, Brixton market is literally underneath the flat and it's an easy walk to Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, Stockwell, Camberwell, Dulwich and many more interesting places.

The bedroom advertised includes a double bed, large chest of drawers, clothes rail, small inbuilt shelves and plenty of overhead storage above the door.. There is a shared bathroom, and open plan kitchen/ living area. It is small but perfectly formed. Bills are not included but they generally come to about £100/ month. 

I work in the arts and enjoy theatre, film and TV, as well as going to the pub and seeing friends. I am a clean, considerate and amiable flatmate and hope to find someone similar.

I'm preferably looking for someone to move in on the weekend of the 20 / 21 July, but can be a bit flexible with this.
