We have a gorgeous bedroom in our refurbished flat available. The room is truly exceptional. The bedroom comes fully furnished. It has a walk-in wardrobe and a study desk with chair. We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).
This flat is truly stunning, having just been redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard. All the bedrooms have been totally redecorated, with all new carpets and flooring throughout.

The flat also boasts two large modern bathrooms with toilets. The kitchen is wonderfully bright and very spacious - equipped with all new appliances. Everything will be kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Tesco Express located just next to our building.

The flat is three bus stops from Brixton station, which has Victoria line, the fastest in the city. There are over 10 busses passing by in front of the flat to various locations. Alternatively, it takes 10 minutes to walk to Brixton tube station, down Brixton Hill.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra!
This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst studying in London. You would share the room with 4 other young professionals.
Please note: The rooms are for individual only. We do not accept couples.

You need to send us £195 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £585 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £845, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must stay a minimum of one month, and must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
