The flat boasts a large communal living room with fibre internet, 50” LCD TV and full stereo soundsystem, a fully fitted kitchen with dining table, a private rear garden and basement storage.

The available bedroom is located at the rear of the house off the kitchen and backs onto the garden and comes fully furnished with plenty of storage and features a queen size bed

Our landlord is very responsive and has done numerous upgrades to the flat on request and has a handyman who is on call 24 hours a day.

Bills not included

Deposit is 6 weeks with £180 admin fee. A further fee of £60 is payable for collecting and verifying references and completing a Right to Rent check.

Move in date 1st Nov 2019
