I (Chris, current flatmate) am renting out the room whilst my other housemate is abroad with work for a few months. I'm a professional in my mid 30s who is clean, tidy, sociable and looking for someone like-minded.

The location is great, on the quiet Trinity Arms street just 3 minutes' walk from Brixton tube which means all of central London is available within 30 minutes. The flat is light and airy, dual aspect with a large living room and kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet. The bedroom has a brand new bed with a 2-year old John Lewis orthopaedic mattress, large wardrobe and electric piano (If you are so inclined).

The price includes all bills, BT Sport, Virgin Media box and broadband (super fast), Netflix and a cleaner on a fortnightly basis.

I am generally busy on 2-3 nights a week after work with gym/sport/socialising, so looking for someone who is equally happy chilling together or on their own of an evening.
