Room to rent in lovely family house on the park

We have a room to rent in a family house in Brixton very close to Brockwell Park. Travels links are great for both Brixton and Herne Hill.
We have two kids who are 9 & 12, but we are very routine based and they are not rowdy or especially noisy. But still, they are kids...plus we have a dog who is great and ultra friendly (poodle x retriever) and a little bit noisy sometimes!
The bathroom is shared but only with the kids who only use it for teeth brushing in the morning and a quick bath in the early evening. Otherwise it would be yours. It has a full size bath and good shower. There is a separate entrance for the room but you could choose to use this or not.
There is space for a bike to be locked up in our side return.
the room would be yours all week including weekends (ie you could keep stuff in it all the time), but we would rather someone who is has another base as their main home. We are really friendly as a family and welcoming but we aren't looking to add to our social lives etc. We are looking for a kind, quiet, trustworthy person who goes out to work but who needs a nice, safe place to stay in London.
The room has a really comfy double bed and a desk, chest of drawers etc. We have good broadband.
