We are sadly losing our third flatmate from our lovely Brixton home, and are looking for someone to replace her in early November...

We (the other two flatmates) are working in recruitment, and a primary school teacher. There is no living room, but there is a nice big kitchen table where we spend evenings catching up with dinner & wine. We're also respectful of each other's space and happy doing our own thing.

The flat itself is split across two levels: the first and second floor in a maisonette. It is light and spacious, with a large kitchen and all amenities available, including a dishwasher. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, two large cupboards, a sofa and lots of shelving.

We are located just off Brixton road, 1 minute away from buses to central London and only a 15 minute walk to Brixton or Stockwell stations. There is also parking available on our street.

In terms of rent, £558.37 is for the room itself, and then we all put in £110 a month for bills which covers everything, including Internet & TV Licence.

The landlord asks for one months rent up front and the deposit is £620.

We’re looking for someone who is looking to be here for a while, as we are quite settled here, who likes drinking wine and nattering over dinner, and who is relatively chilled out.
