I'm Katherine - I'm putting my room up as a permanent let, as I'm going off to do some travelling. this will be a permanent let and you can sign yourself onto the tenancy agreement. Referencing is £90.00 but other than that, its just deposit and first months rent you'd need :)

The room is available from the 10th January 2020. If this is ok, please message me confirming/acknowledging this. We can get papers signed etc. with your name on the contract before this.

The flat is honestly beautiful - it's newly renovated, has a beautiful big living room with fire places in every room. The windows are huge so lots of natural light and the rooms themselves are massive. The kitchen is also newly renovated and has a pantry - both of which have windows in which overlook the whole of Brixton! It really is magical.

It's the best value for money because you're literally in the centre of Brixton - everything you need is around you whether that is bars, cafes, the market, gym, recreation centre, yoga hub, restaurants. The tube and overground rail is literally a 1 min walk away!

You would be living with a fashion journalist and investigator - both are so lovely, you will be sure to get on with them.

The rent is £730 a month. We do gas and electricity on a pay as you go meter, so its around £30.00 a month but sometimes its nothing as we split gas and electricity between 2 people, so it rotates meaning one person is left out every few months.

The wifi is £7.00 a month and council tax is £43.00. Water is around £11.00

So bills are under £100! For living in the centre of Brixton with huge rooms, its a pretty good deal! We got really lucky securing this flat.

I am ideally looking for a professional female/male who is clean, considerate and friendly.
