This is a large double room in a spacious flat on Gresham Road in Brixton. The flat is split level with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and kitchen & living room downstairs.
The rent is £680pp with an additional ~£130/month for bills. The deposit is £785.
All furniture in the room is only 8 months old and I will be selling them for only £80 (Double bed with great mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table).

The current housemate is a 29 year old guy, very quiet and sociable. The flat is on the 4th floor and the bedroom is a big double. The living room is spacious and has a massive window/balconette looking out over the street below.

Ideally we would need someone to move in around the 21st December but there is flexibility to move in a bit later if needed.

The flat is only 5 minutes walk from Brixton tube station which is the start of the Victoria line, as well a Brixton railway station. Loughborough junction rail station is about 7 minutes walk away.

The area - 2 minutes walk to the O2 Academy, shops like TK Maxx and New Look and restaurants like Canova Hall. Pop Brixton an Phonox are 2 minutes away.
