Double room between Stockwell and Brixton

We have a double room becoming available in our home in Brixton/Stockwell and are looking for a new awesome housemate to take it (preferably a woman to keep the current balance of the house, but open to all).

A bit about the house:
- 4 bedrooms total
- separate kitchen and living room ( kitchen has a huge table which is great for dinner parties, and living room has two sofas, a projector and a fireplace so it’s super cosy for winter film nights)
- Garden with patio and furniture set and a BBQ
- Centrally located, 7 mins from Stockwell tube & 10 mins from Brixton tube

The room:
Double bedroom with own sink unit, built in wardrobe and drawers, and comes furnished with a bed, shelf unit, and a desk and chair. £670+bills. Move in date 21 November.

Bills work out around £100 a month each and are shared between everyone.

Your potential housemates are 3 professionals, Einz, Ross and Adam. We all have jobs in central london and are often out in the week but enjoy hanging out when we're at home. Hobbies include sports, yoga, cooking, pub quizzing and films.

Looking for someone's who has their own interests, but who will join in for the occasional house meal, Netflix viewings and late night kitchen chats with wine and beers!
