Even though Covid is known not to effect young healthy adults, we are incorporating COVID CARE in all our properties. Our tenants safety is our first priority:
-We have professional cleaners that attend the property regularly who focus on disinfecting all high touch areas.
-Our cleaners use a special sanitizing air spray in all communal areas which kills 99.9% of bacteria.
-All our staff will only ever enter your property if they are wearing mask.
-Procedures are in place in case of symptoms arising.
-Our Tenants are encouraged to:
Remove their shoes when they enter the property
Keep as many windows open as possible
Not to shake dirty laundry in the property
Clean their hands regularly
-To support working from home we have unlimited high-speed WiFi.
-Access to outside space in the garden.
-Good small local shops nearby so no need to go to big busy supermarkets.

👀OVERVIEW
If you work hard and want to meet new people this is a great area. It has everything you could want practically on your doorstep; gyms, bars, restaurants etc. This is coupled with the fact that our home is very quiet and peaceful with really kind and outgoing housemates. Also, the transport links are great!

🚌’GETTING AROUND
Getting to work, exploring the city or visiting friends should be real easy!

Our place is a 6 min bus ride to Brixton Station. Therefore getting to:
4 minutes to get to Vauhxall Station
12 minutes to get to London Bridge
20 minutes to get to Waterloo takes

💪MY MISSION
My goal is to provide you with a comfortable, easy stay that will enhance your living experience, not hinder it. I know from experience the pain of dealing with landlords who don't care to get things fixed or even worse; who turn up every 5 mins to ˜check the house over“ believe me, I am not like that.

I will be there for you if you have any questions, need repairs, need advice about what to do or how to get around, or have any other requests or concerns. I know plumbers, electricians, and handymen on call in case of any repair problems that pop up. If you need anything I'll get back to you within 24 hours or less.

📍THE AREA
Brixton is widely considered to be the coolest area in London. It is very cosmopolitan and will offer you something new every time you go out. It is famous for its diverse restaurant scene, particularly its pop up restaurants and international street markets which can be found in several locales throughout the area. Of special note is the Brixton Village Market, a stretch of small restaurants complemented by outdoor tables that run along the entire street. If you're in the mood for a film but are tired of the same old blockbusters, head into the Ritzy Picturehouse, which regularly shows art films, independent films and other films you won't catch at regular cinemas.

I only ask for £100 deposit and I only accept applicants I like and trust. I do require the first and last month's rent up front.
