We have a bright double room available from May. Please note the clothes rack has been replaced with a large wardrobe.

The house is spacious and a Victorian terrace with a large living room/dining area and a separate kitchen. There are two bathrooms and we also have a small garden/courtyard.

We are 3 ladies who all get on well and it's a very clean, comfortable, homely environment. We occasionally hang out in front of the TV together but are mostly respectful of each others' space and routines. Whilst this is not a party house, we most certainly welcome friends and family :)

Looking for a mature person, respectful of communal areas and who is happy to help out around the house when required. Whilst this is a share house this is very much our home and we like to work together when things need attending to as well as keep it clean for everyone to enjoy!

Perfectly located on a residential street only 2 mins from Lidl, ~10 mins from Brixton station and all the bars/restaurants, and ~ 10 mins from Clapham North and Clapham High Street stations.

The rent includes council tax and water. All other bills come to approx. £60 per month which includes gas/electricity, internet, monthly cleaner and household products.
