About the room: We have a lovely double room available with plenty of space and bay windows overlooking the garden.

Bed and shelving included and other furniture available (we can shuffle things around).

About the house: We have a five bedroom Victorian terrace house with lots of communal space, couple of us still working from home to some extent.

About the location: The house is in an excellent location with Streatham Hill Train Station and bus stops within a minute's walk.
It’s about an 8 minute bus to Brixton, 3 minute train to Balham and 17 minutes to London Victoria. There’s also parking available on the street.

There’s plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby, and it’s a short 5 minute walk down to Tooting Common.

I’m only moving out as I’m buying somewhere - I’ve lived in the house for a number of years and have really enjoyed living here. It’s a big, characterful house in a great location, and with lovely housemates.

Details: We’re looking for someone to move in about the weekend of 28th/29th November, but can be a little flexible on dates.

Viewings can be virtual/socially distanced - whatever we’re able to do at the time, and whatever you’re comfortable with.
