Double rooms in chilled Brixton house by the park

Ground floor bedroom

We're looking for two new housemates to join our friendly and relaxed Brixton house from 1st August.

We're a 10-15 minute walk from Brixton Station (or a 5 min bus) and a 5-10 minute walk from Tulse Hill Station. We are also a 2 minute walk from Brockwell Park - perfect for some lockdown sunbathing. The house is on a quiet residential road where there's space for parking.

There are two of us living in the house at the moment - Chris is a journalist and Josh is a researcher in the charity sector. We both work in central or south London. Chris brews his own beer, and Josh is into rock climbing. We're pretty laid back; the big living room / kitchen area is great for catching up while cooking or watching a film, and we make the most of the local music venues and pubs.

Both rooms are decent-size doubles. One is on the ground floor - it can be furnished (bed/wardrobe) or unfurnished depending on your preference. The other is on the first floor and is furnished.

The living room / kitchen is open plan, with loads of light in the daytime and it looks out onto our garden. It's a great space for socialising, and the garden's paying for itself in lockdown.

We're looking for two housemates who are social, easy to get on with, and happy to chip in with cleaning and stuff.
