Cozy studio in heart of Brixton -Short OR long let

Hello people,
I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my studio apartment in the heart of Brixton. I just signed the lease for another 6 months, but need to move into a bigger place. So you'd take over my lease. Now that would be my ideal. But you could have it also for 1, 2 ,3 months - totally up to you!
It's free from 23rd of November on!
It's 725 pounds a month with all bills incl. (also Internet). So you don't have to pay anything else!
It's a studio with kitchenette, with foldaway bed (it's only one room) so that during the day the room is more spacious, a new couch :) the bathroom has a bathtub and there's a washing machine. The apartment is only a couple minutes walking distance to the buses and subway of Brixton station.
Great bars, clubs and restaurants in the area. Loads of shops, etc on famous electric avenue and much more.
The studio is bright and calm, no much noise. You only have one neighbor and an office on ground floor, so very private.
