Large double room in Brixton in 4 bed house

Rent is £720 pcm and 100 on bills, including a weekly cleaner. It never really goes over this as we keep it in a pot and empty it every now and again.

Deposit is £1042, and you will just have to cover the new tenant referencing (which is about £60-70 roughly) and the new deposit certificate which is £25.

The flat is over 4 floors so space isn’t an issue with a big lounge, kitchen, and separate bathroom and toilet!

The room would include the bed, wardrobe, black boxes. The only thing that is mine is the chest of drawers, mirror and rug furniture wise, but happy to discuss selling if they are needed/wanted!

Your flatmates would be a lovely bunch of people ranging from mid 20s to early 30s. I’m only looking to leave because of Corona / being out of London so long it doesn’t make sense to keep paying! In the flat is Kirsty, a data analyst, Bec, who works in fashion, Simon, who works in engineering, and Ryan who works in finance. We enjoy Sunday strolls to Herne Hill and Brockwell park which is literally just five minutes away! We’re a mix of independent but a social house as we’re always up for doing anything, going to the pub, chatting most nights in the lounge and kitchen over wine and Netflix.

It would be a 9 month contract ending in April 2021, and I am flexible with move out dates as I just need to collect my stuff.
