Spacious double room available in Brixton house share as one of our housemate is sadly moving out.

The room:
- Quiet, good sized double room on first floor that overlooks the garden so benefits from evening sun and great views
- Room comes furnished with double bed, two sets of built in double wardrobes, and two bed sides tables so loads of storage. Space for additional furniture like a desk if you like.

The house:
- 4 bed house on quiet residential road, near to the Ritzy and about a 5 min walk to Brixton station and 10 mins to Herne Hill. Clapham only 15-20 mins walk away.
- Beautifully decorated and furnished.
- 2 bathrooms so you will be sharing with one other.
- Large lounge with additional living room, large kitchen diner.
- WFH space in kitchen, your own room and the double living room and the garden!
- Great private garden not widely overlooked and perfect to chill in the summer evenings.

- Bills are approximately £100 pcm per person on top.
- We also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly (which the landlord pays for and always leaves the place immaculate!)
- No landlord or agency fees

The housemates:
- There are currently 4 of us in the house (2x guys, 2x girls) all young professionals in our late twenties - we generally work 9-5pm hours.
- We're a friendly bunch and like to watch TV together (sometimes a proper binge), have a drink in the garden when Friday comes around!
- Most of all we are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, sociable but respects each other's space.
