The flat benefits from an abundance of busses going in and out of Central London. On the complex is a Sainsbury's Local and a Gym less than a two minute walk from the front door. Brixton Hill and it's many pubs is a ten minute walk whilst Brixton Village is ten minutes on the bus or five minutes in an Uber.

we have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks on the friday who cleans the comunal areas this will be an additional cost of £17 every fornight payable to one of the tennants who manages the flat.
We also have a water filter for the shower which is subscription based and costs an additional every 3 months of £10.50 per tennant
