We have a charming large furnished double room with private shower/en-suite available in our 4 bedroom house in Brixton. It is located in a semi-gated community facing onto Brockwell Park, with the entrance to the park only 20 metres from the front door. The house is about 10 minutes walk down to Brixton, and 10 minutes walk to Herne Hill and Tulse Hill overground stations also. It's also well connected with buses.

- Herne Hill markets every weekend with great food, coffee and nick nacks.

The most important part - who you’ll be living with:
- Three top lads - Conor (25), Rob (25) & Robby (34) who are laid back, enjoy a laugh, being social and tidy.
- We enjoy watching sport, David Attenborough and a game of FIFA together with a beer and food.
- Enjoy the occasional boys day out with current and past tenants of the house - all COVID-friendly of course.
- Interests between us include: Rugby, football, mountain biking, photography, music, film and having a laugh.

The money:
- £748 pcm + approx £100 per month for water, electric, gas, council tax, TV License, broadband, and fortnightly cleaner.

We are looking for someone who is similar to the above, considerate and will treat the house as a home. The landlord is great and responds quickly if anything ever needs fixing.
