Spacious and fully furnished double room available, conveniently located in central Brixton.

Double bedroom, with wardrobe, chest of drawers, nightstand etc. Room is light and airy with a big bay window. The whole flat was recently fully renovated. Two bathrooms (one bath (with TV mirror!) and one shower/wetroom). The kitchen is open plan and spacious, inc. sofa, kitchen table, big fridge, large TV, washing machine w/dryer.

There are 3 other flatmates. Everybody is friendly and laid back. Often have flat nights in, chat and watch a bit of TV/cook in the evenings. I'm very sad to be moving out!

Housemate interests include travelling, sports (running, cycling etc) and generally normal stuff.

We are looking for a new, interesting and chilled flatmate who will be happy in this sort of environment, respectful, tidy in communal areas, and good company.

Extremely convenient place to live, great both practically and socially. The flat is a 3 minute walk away from Brixton tube station (which connects to central London in 10mins via the Victoria line- plus it's at the beginning of the lines so the tubes are extremely regular and you always get a seat, even during rush hour!), Brixton overground, and multiple bus routes to Clapham, Liverpool St, Oxford Circus, Streatham etc.
