I currently am in a clean, modern new build flat based in Brixton. The flat is a short walk from the Victoria line at Brixton station and rail links via both Brixton and Loughborough Junction.

There are also off-street, secure bicycle parking spaces available for cyclists. Making it a perfect location to get in and out of town from.

The flat is on a quiet street at the centre of Brixton, with lots of local amenities as-well as having Brockwell Park and Brixton Market right on your doorstep.
It has three bedrooms, twice of which are occupied by my two lovely flat mates, one female and one male. They are both working professionals and one of which is currently working from home.

The flat has a huge open plan kitchen and living room with a balcony which is great for unwinding, socialising or entertaining friends.

The bedroom I currently rent is large and big enough to work from home in (which I currently do). It is equipped with a large desk, office chair and high speed internet access (+70mb/s).

Whilst the office items are mine, I’d be open to discussion on whether or not they stay were the incoming flat mate not have their own should this be of interest.
I am looking to fill my room as I’m relocating to Birmingham for work.
