Spacious double room

Hello! Looking for a social flatmate to join Claire and I in our flat! We have a large double room available in walking distance from Brixton high street.

A bit about us...I work in PR and Claire works in publishing. We enjoy having a wine together, watching TV and hanging out! Personally we love the flat, it's super cosy and quiet and living above a co-op is so handy! Lidl and tesco nearby too.

The flat is about a 10-minute walk to either Brixton (Victoria line) or Stockwell (Northern line) stations with multiple bus routes from just outside the flat going straight into central London in about 20 minutes. It's a 15 min walk to the river which is v nice :)

The flat is £733 pcm excluding bills. With bills it comes to £900 all in. This includes gas/electric, council tax, tv license, water (half yearly) and a cleaner every two weeks.

The room comes with a double bed, a small chest of drawers, a bookcase and a built-in wardrobe. There is space for a desk if you will be working from home.

Move in date is mid April!
