2 housemates needed for 3 bed house in Stockwell

Hi

I'm looking for two new tenants to move in to in a large 3 bedroom house in Stockwell in an excellent location. I love the place but have recently moved out to live with my girlfriend.

The house has a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen as well as a small secluded yard.

Bedroom One is furnished with two clothes rails, drawers, a bed (with 4 large drawers for more storage). Bedroom two is furnished with a built in wardrobe, drawers and a bed.

The rooms have shower room that is shared between the two tenants (the 3rd bedroom has it's own en suite).

There are many cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets very close by.

5 minutes to Stockwell tube (Victoria & Northern line)
10 minutes to Brixton (Victoria line and Overground trains)
1 minute walk to 24 hour convenience store.
1 minute walk to Costcutter

All bills are included (council tax, water, gas, electric and broadband) .
