We're looking for someone or a couple to take our spacious room, complete with en-suite bathroom.

The flat
This is a penthouse top floor flat with a roof terrance. The roof terrace is perfect for drinks over the coming spring/summer months. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room, with wrap-around windows that optimise the sunlight. The building itself has an onsite, lockable bike shed and is also gated from the main road so very secure.

We're ideally located between Brixton and Stockwell tube stations, both of which are between a 5-10 mins walk away. There is a Co-Op right next door and a large Tesco in Brixton centre as well as Brixton market itself.

The room
A large en-suit room, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The window opens up out to the back of the building, so the room is quiet throughout the day/evening.

The housemates
We would love to find someone that is looking to join a friendly and relaxed home. We’re all working from home at the moment but in the evenings we all cook, have a laugh and chill together working our way through Netflix. Any series recommendations would be welcome.
