Large Doble Room w/ Private Balcony-Brockwell Park
Hi there! A large double room with private balcony is available from beginning of May for in our spacious four-bed house overlooking Brockwell Park.
Current tenancy agreement ends the 1st of September, you can stay for the 4 months only or renew it with new housemates.
The room comes with two chests of drawers, a bed and mattress, 3-door wardrobe, desk, chair, and bedside table. Bathroom to share with only one housemate.
The house has a massive kitchen and dining area, a garden/patio that gets a lot of sun in summer, a cosy lounge, speedy Wi-Fi and the wide green spaces of Brockwell Park 30 seconds from our doorstep.
We're in a really quiet area right next to the park. The house is a 15-20 minute walk from Brixton station (or a 5 minute bus ride), and a 10 minute walk through the park to Herne Hill station (and some nice shops, pubs and cafes). Supermarkets are within easy walking distance too.
You’ll be sharing with three other friendly folks in their thirties: two guys (both Spanish) and one girl (Macedonian/British). It's a pretty chilled out house and we're an easy bunch to get along with.
Rent for the room is £628 per month and all bills are £120 a month on top of that. Available from the 1st May.
Move-in date is flexible.
Drop us a line with a bit about yourself if you’d like to come see the house or video call.
