Im the lucky tenant in a gorgeous bright, spacious and modern 1st floor 3 bedroom flat (the third room is spare) and Im looking for the right fit to join me in Jan 26 or sooner.

The room is furnished with double bed and wardrobes with plenty of space underneath the bed for storage. The drawers and bedside table in the pictures are not included so you may need to provide drawers etc if you need. It is bigger than it looks in the pics I’ve been told… But there’s loads of storage throughout the flat including loft space. There is also room for a desk in the room for WFH.


Separate living room and kitchen with all the mod cons - washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The flat is situated in the Brixton Hill area - a 5-10 minute bus or a 10-15 minute walk from Brixton and 20 minute walk from Clapham Common tube station. We are also a short walk from Brockwell Park, Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common so plenty of green space nearby.

Rent = £900pm
Bills = £200pm
No deposit (yay!) but we do require 1 month's rent in advance.

About Me and who I'm looking for:

I'm Steph, I work as a sales manager for the west end show Magic Mike Live with a side hustle as a part time yoga teacher.
I am an avid Yogi, (trying to be) a keen runner, former professional dancer and theatre nerd. I'm a people person, I enjoy spending time socialising with friends but also enjoy nights in with wine, takeaway and Netflix. Pretty down to earth and normal to be honest :)

I'm looking for the usual things I guess, a flatmate that is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate. Would be nice to have similar interests but not absolutely essential as long as you're a positive, friendly and social person and while we all need our space I'm not looking for someone who is going to hide away constantly in your room.
