This 1 bed flat is available until the end of May when our next long term tenants move in.

We are renting it at a slightly discounted price, including bills, to avoid an empty flat. My family and I live in the house above the flat.

One bedroom with built in wardrobe and double glazed doors out to the private courtyard and shared garden. One bathroom with bath and shower. Large open plan living room/kitchen with space for dining table and chairs. The photos show two sofas but the patterned sofa has been removed. There is a desk and chair so its suitable for home working. Dishwasher and washer/dryer. Plenty of storage space.

It is a split house and so sound proofing is as you might expect.

The property is 5 minutes walk from Brixton tube and markets. Many bus routes, including 133, 59 and 159 depart from the bus stop at the end of the road. The property is opposite a park.
