Available due to the existing occupant moving away for work, a large double room (single occupancy) in a friendly Brixton flat.
Kitchen has a Fridge Freezer, Washer/Drier, Dishwasher and there is another small fridge also. The property also has a water softener which makes the world of difference to London water.
The lounge has a small balcony where current tenants grow herbs for cooking.
The current tenants have been there for several years and we are looking for someone who is also looking for a long-term stay.
Ideally located - close enough to Brixton to easily walk there, but not too close that it is noisy and busy all the time.
The local community is friendly and helpful and we are lucky to have good neighbours (also long-term) also.
The room is currently occupied but viewing (initially by online video) by mutual arrangement.
Landlord grew up in the property and is very pro-active with repairs and upkeep. Bills included are Council Tax, Gas, Water, Electric, TV license, and assume reasonable domestic use.
