IF ANYONE WANTS TO PAY 6 MONTHS RENT UPFRONT OR TAKE THE ROOM WITHOUT VIEWING THE PROPERTY, THEY WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE!

Room available 15th October. All bills included except TV licence..

Currently at the flat there is Ruth, Aiden and Jonathen. I am the landlord named Tom, I live locally.

The flat has 3 double bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom & a shared kitchen living room. All the rooms are a good size. It’s important the flat is kept clean and tidy and that flat mates are considerate of sharing space with others.

Your room will come with a double bed frame/mattress, bedside table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Some items in the common area like the TV, air fryer etc belong to Ruth and will be gone if she moves out.

Transport:

You can walk to Brixton tube station within 15-20 minutes or get the bus within 5-10 mins. We are also served by night bus routes. The bus stops are less than 1 minute from the flat.

You can also walk to Streatham Hill train station in 10 minutes or you can get one of 9 buses, taking 5 minutes. This is on the line that goes to Clapham Junction and Victoria.

You can also get buses to pretty much anywhere in London! You can get to Clapham common within 5-10 minutes, for example.

Local area:

There are many restaurants, pubs and supermarkets a couple minutes' walk from the flat. Brixton is a very vibrant area with a huge number of bars and restaurants, as well as a cinema, leisure centre, etc.

Brockwell park is also a 10 minute walk.
