Looking for short term sublet

Hey!

We're Jonny & Helen, a fun couple who have been living in this property for the last 3 years. We're going travelling for 3 months so we're looking for someone/a couple to stay in our room. Below is a bit about the housemates you'd be living with !

A bit about them:
Rianne - Currently working in branding and partnerships (WFH twice a week) whilst occasionally DJ'ing at the weekends.
Enjoys chilling out, bottomless brunches and finding cool restaurants before they blow up on TikTok.

Mattia - Currently working in data analytics (WFH). Enjoys history, strategy games, and going to the gym.

They would ideally like to make friends, not just housemates and have a great time!

A bit about the house:
The house is in a quiet gated community set away from the main road, with parking. The downstairs is lovely and spacious with a big open plan living room and kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet and a small back garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms (1 ensuite) and 1 bathroom, as well as 2 large storage cupboards on the landing.

A bit about the area:
The house is in an ideal location. It's a 10 minute walk to Brixton Tube and to Clapham North Tube. There is a big Tesco opposite and a Lidl just down the road. There's plenty of local pubs and nice food spots. It's also a 20 minute walk to Brockwell Park and to Clapham Common.
