Double room in Brixton flat with balcony

We're looking for a new housemate to share our 70m2 first floor flat on Tulse Hill. It is a very bright and recently renovated space and it comes furnished (with a bed, underbed storage, a desk and chair, a bedside table and a wardrobe).

We're a stone's throw from Brockwell Park with plenty of shops, cafés and pubs nearby. The bus stop to Brixton or Tulse Hill is just outside the flat but both are within walking distance, as is Herne Hill.

We are looking someone who is happy to have the odd meal, drink or sit down with us and doesn't mind sharing the space with our friendly and excitable dog Molly. She is good with people and other dogs, doesn't malt and is hypoallergenic.

I am a food journalist and work from home most of the time. My partner Adam is a mental health nurse at a hospital in North London.

We like to have friends over occasionally and would hope our new housemate would feel comfortable doing the same. We like going out for dinner and to enjoy the city, from music gigs and stand-up comedy to the odd exhibition, but we do spend a lot of time at home.

Adam always has a DIY project on the go and we have recently bought a van which we are converting into a camper, so we're often working on that at weekends.
