Bills incuded except for gas/electricity. El would be £12 per month and gas about 35-40£ per person in the coldest months.

The flat is located on Brixton rd, just few mins away from Brixtonb tube station and its facing a quiet garden. Great location to comute to center with Victoria line or a bus.

The bus stop is on our doorstep with great links to Victoria, Trafalgare square or any other location downtown 159, N59, 3, 133.

Iceland, Sainsbury, Tesco besides the station.

All the great bars, music venues are around us as well like Brixton Electric, Brixton Academy, Houtanany, White horse tec. The Brixton Market a colorful place with fresh fruits and vegetables is operating every day.

The flatmates are an Italian and two Spanish guys.
