Small Double Bedroom outside Brixton

I’m moving out and need someone to finish my lease. It runs out in September but of course you are free to continue to a new contract if you wish to do so.
The room comes fully furnished with a set of draws, bedside table, built-in wardrobe and a double bed with bedding. All bills are included, you only pay the £550!
The kitchen has everything you need, such as pots, pans, cutlery, dishware, tea towels etc. There is a separate bathroom and toilet. The bathroom has the sink and bath/shower.
You’ll be living with three girls all from different countries and doing different things. They’re all very nice and tidy. We each take it in turns to clean the communal areas.
There is a bus stop a minute walk from the flat which the 2, 415, and 432 all stop at. It’s a 10/15 minute bus ride or thirty minute walk to Brixton station. In the other direction a 10 minute walk will get you to tulse hill station for national rail services. There is a co-op, Tesco express and sainsburys all within walking distance or available to you via the buses.
The two bookcases, TV, bedside table and TV table are not included. And the lamp shade will be changed to original one from when I moved in.
