We are looking for a new flatmate for our wonderful house in Brixton. It's a 5-10min walk from the Brixton tube station (Victoria line) and its in a quiet & friendly neighbourhood - there's some great pubs nearby!
The house is over two floors with one bathroom. The bedroom available is downstairs and has a a garden view. We also have a decent-sized sitting room which we sometimes use an office. There is a lovely and private garden which we have recently given a makeover, complete with ping-pong table, firepit and tiki bar (just wait for happy hour....!)
A bit about us - you'll be living with Yonny (architect), Josie (charity officer) and Rob (filmmaker)... and Gizmo (our lil chihuahua!). We all work a lot but also like to enjoy our free time in the city and outwith too. Whether that be an exhibition or a festival, we are all outgoing and relaxed, hanging out together often but also enjoy our own space.
A damage deposit will be required for the new tenant, plus gas, electricity, wifi and council tax bills be required each month (usually around 120 altogether).
