We are looking for a female to fill the double room available now to sublet for 4 months, in a 3 bedroom flat. *Please ignore the voice over in the video of the bedroom, it was the only one I could find!

The flat:
Newly refurbished 3 bedroom flat, that has an open plan (ish) kitchen, decent sized lounge room with a smart TV, a nice balcony for summer beverages and a full length hall mirror for the best selfies. Besides the bathrooms, everything is 1-2 years old, including the kitchen which went in, in February 2021.

The flat comes with the usual things: Smart TV, broadband, washing machine etc.

Your room:
Small double room with a built in wardrobe. Although it doesn’t have it yet, I have ordered a new bed, mattress and chest of draws to get you going.

Rent is £780pcm including bills.

Location:
The flat is situated in a quiet estate and in a prime location in Brixton/Tulse Hill, you have Brockwell Park literally at your front door, excellent transport links (bus stop out the front), 10 minute walk to Brixton station, a large Sainsbury's within 3 minutes walk of the flat, wine bars, pubs, coffee shots all within minutes of the flat.

A little about me and Lizzie…
I am a cool (so I say so myself), live in landlord, an Aussie, 32 and have lived in London 11 years. I work from home 99.9% of the time and have been using the spare room as my study. I am moving back to Australia in October so the flat is only available until end of September.

Lizzie is from Kent, 30 and a 9-5 nurse who moved into the flat a year ago

We get on well and are a chilled, tidy, sociable and an active household - love a bit of love island and other trash TV! You need to have good energy, have fun with life, independent, happy to have a beverage (lots of them) and treat the flat like their home.

The flat is available now (pending furniture delivery). I can be flexible with move in/out date by a couple of days / weeks.
