As my current housemate has abandoned me to move in with his girlfriend and their painfully adorable kitten, I am left with the hopefully exciting prospect of finding a new housemate!

Cast your eyes over these images, and imagine scenes of filled with friends, fine cooking, most likely wine and not even the hint of a frosty atmosphere. For those who don't know me too well, I am an early 30's professional working in the environmental sector. I love cooking, lounging around reading, doing the odd bit of yoga and I can't promise there won't be the odd time I am swept up by inspiration and will have a toot on the trombone. Open to share with anyone (or possibly a couple) who can bring the right energy.

The flat is a spacious 2 bed ground floor flat in Brixton, near to Brockwell Park. The room available is pictured, and has an en suite. Flat has a large private garden to the rear, which I really need to get around to planting properly.
Rent: £950 pcm each for 1 person (raising to £1000 next year 🙁) and £1,200 for a couple (raising to £1,270 next year)

Bills: Whatever this ghastly government makes us pay, but probably around £200 pcm. The properties council tax band is D.

The room is available from 12th September, but we can be a little flexible on the move in date.
