Bright Brixton double: ideal for weekday commuter

Bright, furnished double room available *weekdays only*: a short walk from Brixton tube station and everything the area has to offer -- a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops.

THE ROOM
The room itself is furnished with leaning shelf, mirror, bedside lamp and standing light. It has a built-in wardrobe with plenty of space (and further storage above the wardrobe and under the bed). There is a small desk and tan leather office chair. The double bed has a spring mattress and pine wood bed frame -- both high quality and new from 2019 and have only been used for a few days a month since then. You can to bring your own bed linen. Room has high ceilings, window boxes in case you want to keep some plants :)

ABOUT ME
You'll be sharing with me, 38, live in landlord. I work as a tech consultant in the city. I work from home 4 days per week and am sometimes in on evenings.

THE FLAT
The flat has a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Sainsbury's and M&S both less than two minutes away. The flat itself is on the first floor (there’s a lift) and there is bike storage in the building. It’s diagonally opposite a small park and the expansive Brockwell park is just 15 mins walk.

BILLS
All bills included: fortnightly cleaning (Tuesdays), wireless broadband, heating, electricity, gas, water. As a part-time let, council tax shouldn't be applicable. Price advertised assumes a 3-night per week arrangement.

ABOUT YOU
I'm ideally looking for someone tidy, respectful, friendly etc - the usual. Suitable for a working professional in London needing a place to stay on weeknights but has their primary residence elsewhere. Would prefer someone who doesn't work from home and is seeking a Monday to Thu let but would like to keep some belongings safely in London over the weekend. The room will remain mostly vacant while you’re not staying but I occasionally will need it for visiting friends/family (would of course let you know in advance). Price is negotiable depending on number of nights per week stayed.
