Double room in huge brixton townhouse

Living room

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our Brixton house.

The house is in a great location, halfway between Brixton Station and Herne Hill Station – 10 mins walk to each. The house is huge and spread out over three floors. There’s a big lounge, dining room, kitchen, and big back garden. We have 3 bathrooms upstairs and an additional downstairs toilet. The room comes furnished and is located on the top floor.

You’d be living with 4 males and 1 female all aged between 27-30 all working professional jobs in London. We often spend time together on evenings and weekends watching sport, Netflix or going to the pub - but similarly enjoy spending time on our own in our rooms. In the summer we try to make use of the garden with BBQs and occasional parties.

Bills come to roughly around £100pm covering gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi, council tax and a cleaner. We also have Sky Sports, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix on the TV in the living room – mainly though stealing our friends passwords!

We are looking for someone to move into the room at some point between 3rd - 20th June. Please hit us up with a little bit about yourself if you are interested in joining us :)
