Fantastic Brixton flat with roof terrace!

Hey everyone!

We have a lovely, bright and double room in a friendly flat-share close to Brixton station.

The Flat:
The flat has a bright and colourful living room with a working fireplace! It is full of cute original features, there is central heating across and is surprisingly cool in summer. The piece de résistance is our massive terrace, great for summer reading, parties and BBQing in summer.

A 25-minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to Brixton station and a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to Streatham Hill train station. Transport links are amazing with our flat being connected to bus routes 45, 109, 333, 159, 133, 59, 250 and 118. You will be able to get into Zone 1 within 30 minutes.

The Flatmates:
You will be sharing with Laurence (30, uni admin), Maria (30, economist at an NGO) and Ollie (28, legal aid lawyer). Our interests include cinema, art galleries, museums, sci-fi/fantasy, cycling, rugby, literature, live music and theatre.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an easy-going individual, who wants a home and not a drop stop.
We are a social flat so if you want to stay in your room all day I'm sorry this place is not for you. We hang out in our lovely living room and in summer, barbecue on our amazing terrace.

We have a preference towards a woman or NB but are open to anyone if you are the right fit. A full-time remote worker probably wouldn’t suit but hybrid or full-time at work would be good.
We are an LGBT+ house, comfortable in our own skin and whoever she/he/ze or they are welcome.

Bills are roughly an additional £100 with seasonal fluctuations. The rent is £650pcm with a deposit of £675. No references are needed as we know the landlord.
