Bills are around £150 each per month.
The house has a huge living room and kitchen, with an additional sun room which can be used as a dining room. The sun room has bifolding doors which leads straight to garden (perfect for summer drinks!)
There's a cellar which can be used for storage, a coat and shoes cupboard by the front door, a utility room which has a washing machine, drier, and toilet.
