This is a perfect flat for one person. It's nice walk to Brixton tube station (about 15-20 minute walk), but also plenty of buses a few minute's walk away from the flat. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, but it's also very close to a big Sainsbury's, shops, cafes & restaurants.
