Double room in modern 2 bed flat

I’m looking to fill a furnished double room in a modern high-end 2 bed flat.

10 min walk from Brixton station and Loughborough Junction to get you into central London in 10-15min. Less than 5 min walk to Brixton village with plenty of food spots and pubs etc

The place is really nice and comes fully furnished. Gets all day sun and the entire flat is insanely warm and bright. Nice outdoor balcony perfect for summer as well as spacious lounge. Your room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and small desk. You’ll have your own bathroom (not ensuite).

Sharing with myself - 28 year old kiwi working in tech. I enjoy meeting new people and would prefer living with someone who doesn't just want a roof over their head. I also like to keep a clean and tidy home and would expect you to do the same.

I’m mainly looking for shorter term sublets at the moment (1-3 months). Start and end dates will be very flexible because of this.
