Looking for a working professional, minimum age 26 to max 32 ideally works a mix of office/home regular hours. We want someone clean, considerate, friendly and wants to live with a group of friends, join us for the odd pint etc.
The room is at the back of the house so overlooks the garden, super quiet, gets nice natural light. £750 per month and bills vary between 60-80 Aprox. Landlord is very chilled and we work with him directly.
