Double Room Close to Brixton Station

Sadly my flatmate is moving into his new home and I am now on the hunt for an awesome new flatmate to take my second large double!

Looking for someone to take the room fairly sharpish. The turn around can be quick as this is a sub let so there are no contract requirements. Deposit is one month's rent.

The flat is located bang in the middle between Oval and Brixton Stations. Fully furnished double room with big wardrobe and chest of drawers.

One bathroom sharing with myself, kitchen including all normal appliances (no dishwasher). Separate spacious living room with a small balcony looking out onto Brixton Road.

The flat is situated in an apartment block and as it is not right on top of Brixton Road you cannot hear the traffic. Council Tax Band B.
Bills are variable but are usually no more than £130 per person per month.

Myself: 34 year old easy going Irishman! I work in fitness, keep myself active with running and gym, love to cook. I'm not a drinker but love going out from time to time, or having a dj mix (occasionally).
