Spacious room in cozy Brixton flat

I’m looking for a flatmate for a huge double bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat. The bedroom is on its own floor, spacious, gets lots of light and comes with a ton of storage. You will have also your own bathroom with a bath! The living room / kitchen area is open plan and spacious, well equipped and has lots of storage too.

You will be sharing with a working professional - I’m a Kiwi and I’ve lived in London for nearly 5 years now. I work in finance and am in the office 3/4 days a week. In the evenings, you’ll find me chilling out. Cooking a nice meal or binging a good Netflix series. As a flatmate, I’m tidy and respectful. I enjoy hanging out and having a bit of a chat but also happy doing my own thing. I’m looking for a clean, social flatmate who enjoys an occasional dinner together.

The flat is very well located - less than 10 minutes walk from Brixton Tube and a few minutes from Brockwell Park. Lots of supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. It’s in a nice and quiet area of Brixton. Note that the flat is next to a pub, they will play live music from Thursday to Saturday from about 9 pm to midnight. You can hear it from this bedroom but it’s never bothered me!
