I’m subletting my double room in Brixton for £800 per month (excluding bills). The move-in date can be from June 15/16, 2024, with a tenancy running until September 20, which can be extended if needed and will be on a month-by-month basis. You'll be sharing the space with three other fantastic girls between 21 and 25. We are all sociable and friendly, and enjoy hanging out together. Everyone keeps the flat tidy and they’re all incredibly welcoming.

The room features a comfy double bed, a big wardrobe, and a drawer. The flat is a lovely 4-bedroom space, just a 15-minute walk from Brixton station and an 8-minute walk from Loughborough Junction train station. There is a small community garden near the flat and a spacious green area 🌿. The room comes fully furnished. Just a heads-up, there's no living room, only a kitchen.
